Vickie - Your clump photo is gorgeous!!! I hope mine becomes that beautiful some day!
I acquired 3 fans of All Fired Up in August 2015 (potted it up) and it was transplanted into a raised bed in October 2015. It bloomed for the first time the beginning of June 2016. I did not keep track of stats this year but hope to do better next year. It has recently produced a new small fan for a total of 4 fans currently.

The foliage is skinny and skimpy at this time, but I hope to see a lush clump one day in the near future:
