I use Wal-Mart 2" x 3" Ziplocs too. I think DND recommended them for this swap. I know that I like the ability to see how many seeds are left, and the lack of insects! Being able to re-close them is great after I sow half and want to save the other half.

I seldom find anything cheaper online than one cent each. Some online vendors have better "zippers" or thicker plastic or clearer plastic, but few are cheaper! And you have to buy thousands to get them cheap and defray the shipping cost.

@DogsNDaylilies, would you approve of us offering 50 or 100 2x3" ZipLocs in the swap? They are bulky and would fill the Small Priority Package pretty fast. I forget - did you use the Priority Envelope to return seeds last time?
