Yes, I'd say you're doing it right Smiling . It really isn't rocket science, don't stress over it... if you stir it you won't get the layer of mold, but that's okay; just go ahead and rinse your seeds (they should be sinking to the bottom) and dry them. (I'd go ahead and do that now, rather than leaving them in the "soup" any longer.)
