Hello! I appreciate your photos and comments. I think I'm dreaming the impossible onion dream, but perhaps you can help: I'm looking for a white, large globe, short-day onion that is a good keeper. I'd prefer open-pollinated, but hybrid is OK. I'm in the Phoenix area, and all my onions are kept in my extra veggie fridge, but I'm concerned about onions that say they only keep for a month or so. Is NuMex Radiance a good choice? I'm also considering White Castle. Thank you for any help!! ~Karen
