I have a granular applicator that attaches to the hose. It automatically dilutes as it sprays. I use it to drench my plumeria and orchids, leaves and media. I use this either in the early AM or late afternoon. But keep in mind I have over 80 potted plumeria. If you are only treating a handful of plants, I would mix up a 5 gal. bucket and put perhaps 1/2 gal. of solution per pot. If your leaves are all looking pretty forlorn, I would use a pump-up sprayer and spray the solution over the leaves to give quicker response. Oh, I spray down those leaves again in the late afternoon (if I sprayed the Mg in the AM) or the next morning for the PM application. I am simply washing the mineral residue off the leaves. Since you are just starting to use Mg, I would repeat the application in 2-4 wks. and then get on a twice-a-year schedule. I will be the first to tell you that I don't know that my applications of Mg make a bit of difference, but my leaves sure are lush and dark green.

The reason it's so hard to lose weight when you get up in age is because your body and your fat have become good friends.
