Fragrant Cloud can scent an entire garden. I have several Austin roses with strong scents, too, and they are easier to grow than Fragrant Cloud. Have to go outside and do some sniffing to see just which ones, but I know Gertrude Jekyll has a strong perfume. Strong thorns, too.
Remember that children, marriages, and flower gardens reflect the kind of care they get.
