Jimard, I think everyone's year of germination has been weird. I know mine was. I had commercial seed that wouldn't germinate, traded seed that wouldn't germinate, you name it, half of it would not germinate. I decided this year to reuse my potting soil in my gardens from things that did not germinate. Give you one wild guess how many tomato starts I'm pulling up right now.... I'm going to chalk it up to the fact that we went from 70 degrees to 90 degrees. What wants to germinate in that weather? I'd stay inside where it's cool too. Now our temps are dropping and my gardens think it's spring time!
