At the risk of taking up too much space....,I thought I would post a list of this years Laze Daze artists. There is a lot of garden stuff at these festivals most years. I wont go thru this huge list to sort for you but you can skip over and skim pretty quickly.
Many names of studios and I thought you might like to look up the work for ideas. Disappointed because some years there is a link to the studio (if there is a studio!) which helps because the artists come from many states besides NC. 50,000 people expected today. I am off before the heat hits!

Jerry Miller Artist Awards
In 2001, to commemorate the 25th annual festival, the Lazy Daze Committee instituted the Lazy Daze Invitation Awards, now named the Jerry Miller Artist Awards. The awards honor the Lazy Daze founding father, local artist Jerry Miller. The Jerry Miller Artist Award winners are judged to be the “best in the show” for the Lazy Daze Festival. They represent a wide range of artistic forms and styles. Each award winner is automatically invited to participate in Lazy Daze the following year and is also exempt from festival fees that year.
