I tracked, herded,stalked these two around for blocks, trying to get them into my car and there's an older woman nearby whosee two cats are always in her driveway and the Rott had crossed the street, eyeing her cats, you could see the intent in his eye...I stopped my car in the middle of the road, blocking him and ran and got her to get her cats in.....their Animal Control here has policies that don't work and I'm fighting them over picking up these dogs NOW...and trying to get the Board of Supervisors to do something...and in the meantime I'm going by the dogs' house daily and I think I'm going to just sit there with my camera, I've told the guy that I will shoot them if I find them...as it turns out, I know someone who lives right across the street from them and she's trying to keep an eye open, but doesn't usually spend much time at that window. I think these guys are most likely dealing also so Jer's not happy that I'm giving them the evil eye, but AC is doing nothing....I've got my shovel at the door and I've mentally lived through it all night now, that if they show up, I can do severe damage to that Rott and not hesitate. Don't underestimate an angry old woman.....
