My comment is somewhat off topic but it follows what Bonehead said. I dream that someday there will be some type of challenge or contest here on NGA to encourage members to take photos of seeds/cotyledons/first true leaves/ etc. on up the the mature plant/blooms/seed heads or pods showing the complete growth cycle to make identification easier at all stages.
