Hi Kevin...

I kind of hate to even think about winter right now, but -- I usually grow "salad sprouts" on the kitchen counter (I have a multi-level sprouter), and overwinter a couple of rosemary plants in a south-facing window. I also grow several amaryllis bulbs for the Christmas season, and by late January I'm starting seeds for my garden, under fluorescent lights. (otherwise I just look at the seed catalogs and dream about how great next summers' garden is going to be...)
