We're glad that you're enjoying your new hobby of propagating plants. We've all been through that crazy stage, and some of us are still in it. 
My DH teases me all the time, about plant pieces that fall off. He says: "I can put that in the trash for you", and I just 
at him. He knows better -- the plant rescuer going to save/root it.
