@bxncbx, I have the Adobe software and so I can make changes - the pdf file is fine.

cultivar name then a comma and then the date of first bloom (in any accepted standard date format - my personal preference is yyyy-mm-dd so today would be 2016-08-31, then the next cultivar name on the next line and so on.

If you have cultivar names that contain a comma then the comma in that name would need to be changed to something else.

A complete example,

Barbara Mitchell, 2016-06-11
Dance Ballerina Dance, 2016-06-21

If you prefer to use something else and not the comma then as long as what you choose to use does not appear In cultivar names or dates, that is fine. The basic idea is that each piece of information is separated from the next piece of information by something that is unique and can always mean - end of one item of information and the beginning of the next item of information.
