The number of flowers from this plant seems to be increasing, yay!

Here is an update of the progress of the next generation of the ornamental ones, and I just planted the last of my seeds in the container on the right...

And if you look closely, you can see some common purslane (not the ornamental kind) coming up from escaped seeds in the rock garden below the containers.

I have some old fashioned portulaca flower (not purslane) seeds coming in the mail that I wanted to try growing. The person who sold them to me said that they reseed themselves aggressively, so I am excited about that. I would love to have a lot of them growing in my yard.
