While it may be good for you it doesn't sound very tasty.
I don't think I have ever seen a tea with Horsetail shoots, Do you think they mean the fresh new shoots in the spring? Do you even have them there? they like to grow along river banks or creeks. Hilarious! Do you even have any of them (creeks& rivers) left after this drought?
