Welcome! Is it possible to post a closer pictures of the flowers? The one doing well looks like a Miscanthus. It's possible the not-so-well one is also but I can't see the flowers clearly enough. If it is, the difference may be in the growing conditions, do they all get equal watering? Red turning to silver may just be normal.
