Background history:

'So Lovely' is a semi-evergreen diploid introduced in 1969 by Lenington-G.. No further info on this hybridizer other than there are also an additional 138 cultivars registered under the same name.

So Lovely is a mid-season EMO bloomer. It is listed as rust susceptible. It has earned the Honorable Mention: 1974 AHS award.
It is pod and pollen fertile with currently 26 registered children: http://garden.org/plants/paren...
