No fines here. There are plenty of shallow water sources in the marsh. One year a female whooping crane was spotted here. It was kept secret. They were hoping she would bring a mate and settle there. It is a very large marsh. It has been a very wet summer here. I had 2.5" of rain 9/5 and 3" 9/6. We are expecting more severe weather tonight courtesy of the hurricane in Baja California.
