Hi:
I just cleared the weeds out a a 4' x 6' bed that gets full sun from noon til 5pm. I would like to plant a cutting garden and was wondering if I should do it now or wait until next spring. What do you think?
Also, what would be the best perennials (and some annuals) to plant? I am in zone 6 and have a deer and vole problem.
