Always use caution if you have a curious dog. I was using the bags in the garden and my dog ate one resulting in major surgery and 18 days in the doggy hospital. The drawstring got caught on his pyloric valve and the bag hung there in his intestines eating away at the walls. Our vet told us this was not an uncommon problem,
