Phacelia campanularia has to be seeded every spring, although the odd one will show up on its own. Not a reliable reseeder here.

Cleome serrulata occasionally reseeds itself, but I save seeds and sow in early spring.

Dwarf Bachelor Buttons are better if sown in early spring as they are not reliable reseeders.

Mimulus will occasionally reseed itself, but I collect the seeds and start under lights in house.
