I always liked Ralston hot cereal. Probably don't make that any more either. I DISPISE Cream of Wheat.......my Mom made that quite a bit and I vowed that when I had a family I would NEVER feed them that. Never did, either.
I like the steel cut oats, but the old fashioned oats are the choice here.
I have made chocolate chip cookies with the whole wheat flour I grind myself and you cannot even tell the flour is different.
