Yum, that sounds good. I like frozen (or fresh) peas, but deliver me from canned ones. Don't have peas much, as they are high in sugars than beans. Carrots are not that great either, if you are wanting to eat really clean, like we do most of the time.
I have made cauliflower rice and "fried" it in coconut oil. Not bad. Broccoli fixed that way.....meh!
