Grandson is covered with blisters from pulling weeds at their new house. My DD showed me the suspected plants today. Could this be poison oak? I read through all the above links that worked. The only photo that resembled it was: Toxicodendron pubescens

It's growing under a large oak tree that is surrounded by a three ft wall. I thought it was just a tiny oak.

Hope it's not poison oak, but if it is, we'd like to find a way to eradicate it without harming the tree.
