OK if you're watching your A1C...I get tested every 3 months Grumbling Grumbling ...what fresh fruits are best to eat?? that is to say low in the sugar. I tried to google it the other day, but am still on dial-up so it was taking 40 for damn evers and I gave up. Also same question for veggies. I LOVE fresh corn on the cob (bi-color) in summer, but the doc said too much sugar. WAAAAAAHH A lot of the good stuff (to me) is a nono. Crud can't remember the last time I had a baked white potato or rice of any kind.
Each cloud has a silver lineing if only you look for it.
