My second Cayeux order arrived this afternoon, with 2 bonuses and in addition to those I remember ordering, there are 2 that I must have ordered but really don't recall doing so. A serious

Liz, Piatek told me he ships all over Europe; the reason I got the big order I did from him was because he had just learned that he couldn't ship to Argentina because of import restrictions, so he may not want to risk the US. On the other hand, there do seem to be some of his irises in the US and they must have got there somehow! The Laymont website says nowhere outside Europe. I've just discovered a group of middle European growers, which I'll be investigating over the winter. If there's enough interest I could try to find an agent - almost certainly he/she would be in Amsterdam - who would do a combined shipment to the US, sort of like Tempo Two do, but combining rhizomes from different sellers - that way people could decide what they might like to buy, and everyone could share the cost of the phytosanitary certificate and shipping. Worth a try, or too complicated/too much hassle?
