When this first came up for me the dr. at the clinic wanted me to count carbs....so I did sorta, but found I wasn't enjoying anything so I stopped...did cut out the "white stuff". She also said to switch to ultra beer....finally used to it, but it is the time of year for Oktoberfest and I will enjoy...just not as many :whistling:
Gene....was it you who said no more beer, but you do drink? So what do you drink now?
Guess next trip to town, I'll go by Books A Million and see what I can find. Oh and please tell me mushrooms are OK.....LOVE my shrooms
