Others have thought of the bag idea too, probably before I did, and also other similar methods. I was going to use the little "footie" nylons method that someone else mentioned (for saving seeds) and was getting ready to buy some from Amazon, when the idea struck me that my stash of organza bags would work as well if not better for seed saving (because they had the drawstrings to cinch the whole shebang closed), AND I could also use them to protect the pollen. I felt it was worth writing up with pictures.
