Cannon or artillery fungus ( seems to me ), if next to ANYTHING you like the looks of, then you should put some boxes or big bottles around it. That.......stuff?....shoots out at a surprisingly strong force and the 'seeds' stick better than glue. Nasty, nasty, NASTY.
I would throw down a fungicide.
