Love the colour of your dark bloom Niki. It looks happy in part shade so it doesn't melt. Maybe photograph a bloom in sunlight and see what colour that is.

I can't decide on a number 1. Having never seen a daylily with its form I loved MACHO MACHO MAN when it first flowered, and still look forward to its reappearance. Thumb of 2016-09-13/bron/2dec15 Thumb of 2016-09-13/bron/99d8ad

But I also love METAPHOR which really has been a blue lavender for me. Thumb of 2016-09-13/bron/bfde2f
Thumb of 2016-09-13/bron/7beeba I have some better pics somewhere.

Also MOKAN BUTTERFLY, which I am hoping will appear among my many yet to be identifieds. If it doesn't, I will buy it again. Hope it isnt a ruster.

SILK STOCKINGS delighted me when it first flowered as it really was pink. An excavator got it but I may have taken a crown cutting when the thieves were around. So hope it reappears and is not a rust bucket.
