DnD, I'm in also for whatever swap you decide to run/Whenever. I enjoy the swapping and the opportunity to get new seeds ...and share some of mine. I also will have/do have (placed a couple orders) new seeds to share by whatever time you decide to offer the swap. I agree that everyone has their own ideas of time frame and it's VERY hard to please everyone. I also dont think alot of people realize the work involved on your end, so that is not a consideration for them. You need to do the swap at a time that is good for YOU.
I totally agree with your point that 15-20+ people in a swap is really a minimum to strive for. The more people, the more offerings, the more fun ...and more seeds you can go home with :D
