I started getting panic attacks about 4 years ago out of the blue. I had never had them before and they scared the crap out of me. They put me on anxiety pills thinking I had an anxiety disorder also. Turns out I had a hiatal hernia that was effecting my breathing and causing acid reflux so they switched my meds. I changed my diet to almost a completely vegan diet, I still eat some meat but in very small portions and cut out a lot of spicy foods. I was able to not only stop the panic attacks, but was able to loose 30 lbs and no longer need any pills. I'm not a fan of any meds because the pharmaceutical companies are the ones writing the books for the doctors to go by and they bribe doctors with meals, trips, and gifts in efforts to support their products. There is hardly ever a time you'll go see a doctor and not walk out without a prescription. They push meds on us and our loved ones when most of the time there are other ways to cure or help the patient. It's not the DR's fault it starts in the school system that the pharmaceutical companies help support. You and everyone else should watch this video. I stumbled on it a few days ago and it's a huge wake up call https://www.youtube.com/watch?...
