I had several big clumps of tall Alstroemeria on my property and when I got tired of having them obscure so many of my other plants, I dug them up this year. Between one of the clumps and a fence, I found this rose. I haven't seen it in years and the maps of that flower bed show a succession of roses that kept being killed by gophers. I had Cherish there at first, and then Altissimo, and then I stopped keeping track, so I don't know the name of this one.
Would anyone care to take a guess at what this rose might be? It's about 4 or 5 feet tall and appears to be a hybrid tea, even though the blooms are not the classic high-centered shape of the hybrid tea bloom. It has been in my garden for 10-15 years, I think.
