I am on both teams. When it's just a few, I like the satisfaction of pulling them. I work as a gardener/landscaper, and while doing maintenance, it depends on the volume of weeds I'm dealing with.
I don't mind weeding, it gives a sense of satisfaction when you look back at a weed free bed. Also job security.
