the ones in the small seed tray will need to be put in larger pots soon. The main goal is waiting until the seedlings are large enough to not get lost in weeds once planted in ground. Next spring when you are ready to plant your seedlings that are 5 or 6 to a pot you'll want to take the clump of soil with the plants and bump it on the ground to loosen the roots, then get in there with your hands and gently separate them. After they are separated cut the foliage back about half way and plant them out. If there is too much foliage on top and the roots are disturbed it won't be able to supply enough water to sustain itself so trimming the foliage helps keep everything balanced. With the seed trays you won't have to do that but you may want to only put one plant per pot when you transplant them in larger pots so you wont have to separate a bunch later. starting several seeds per pot is fine but if you already have single plants separated like the ones in the seed tray it will make life easier to keep them one to a pot. Hope this helps and I'm sorry if I was all over the place with my suggestions. I seen this before I was about to crash for the night and figured I'd help ya out. Good luck and keep us updated.
