TYVM for the suggestion!

It was suggested elsewhere that it looks like this, which I'd had before but not for long enough to even remember when seeing/getting the new one:
Crassula nudicaulis var. platyphylla 'Burgundy'

I hope this one lives long enough to stay in memory! Now I know to take cuttings of these succulents that are sold in this horrible peat stuff that rots roots & won't come off of them. At the time I got the last batch, I would have stuck the peaty root balls into bigger pots, which almost always results in a dead plant, and why the first batch is no longer with us. Putting the root balls in the ground outside often saves them, but not into pots. The cuttings are the most reliable for me when buying these little things.
The golden rule: Do to others only that which you would have done to you.

The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The 2nd best time is now. (-Unknown)

Try to be more valuable than a bad example.
