When you look up a plant in the database, there's a navy blue button for each one that says "add to my list." From there, you can indicate if it's a plant you have, want, or had in the past. Once added, you can add notes to each entry, and add desired plants to sub-lists, like a trade list. I have a for-postage list set-up in my profile if you'd like to see it.
