Yep, I'd have to drain in a colander or reduce by cooking on high heat. I like eggs, but... my favorite is plain old hard boiled eggs. And I like scrambled eggs best with veggies- onions, spinach, tomatoes, peppers... but I want 'em dry... Maybe I'm just weird...
