My backyard is currently a construction zone. I'm glad I'm having this drainage work done, but I'm not looking forward to replanting everything I dug up from this area Grumbling . These pics show the former fish pond, now full of what I call milk crates. The crates were covered with landscape fabric before being covered with rocks, I think. Storm water will collect in the pond, with overflow going through a drain pipe all the way to the front street.

It'll look nice when it's done, I hope!
