Hey guys - we have a Crabapple that struggles every season with some disease that's causing brown spotting on the leaves, and results in dropping of the dead leaves for most of the growing season. It never really gets to a full, healthy state. Our neighbors have the same issue, and their leaves drop all over our yard. I'm attaching a couple photos - hoping someone can help me understand what the issue is and if there is anything I can do to treat the condition. Please help....and thank you in advance.
