The Evergreens I have that do great for me are: Joan Senior, Voila Francois(excellent!!!!), The Band Played On, Get Jiggy (I think there is some discussions about whether this is really an E or D), Destined to See, Shipwreck Cove, Symphony of Praise, Merlin the Magician, Boundless Beauty, and Abilene Lilian - these are all daylilies I would call excellent, have survived at least 2 winters and have had many blooms for me. I have other Evergreens that made it through the winter, and have not died, but have not seen them bloom yet and they are not doing great so far. I have begun to notice that these hybridizers have great plants and are the ones I look for: Salter, Gossard, Reed, Polston, Stamile, Cochenour, and Hanson. I also noticed that some from certain sellers all died so I take note of those and don't buy from them again.
Have a Happy Daylily Day!!
