Welcome! The damage to the fruit in the top picture looks like a pest has bored its way in. Have you cut open the fruit to look? If there are tunnels but nothing there it may have finished feeding and left. Coddling moth damage looks similar, see these pictures:

The white speckles on the leaf look like leafhopper damage, compare with:

Can you post a picture of the peeling bark?
