MY biggest yardwork problem is when I twist around pulling weeds. THAT is when the side muscles cramp. Oh I hate that so much. It's not lack of regular work, it's not lack of bending and stretching during the day, it is just that ONE moment when I twist to far and rib muscles complain like heck!

And then its like that for a few hours on and off until I lay down in bed and then the CALF muscles cramp. It is always the same pattern.
