It works very well and fast Colleen. The damp vermiculite tends to pack down so you'll want a table fork to lift up under the cuttings so you won't break off roots when checking or removing rooted cuttings. If you live in an area with mosquitoes get some Mosquito Dunks and put a piece of it in your center pot.
