They are actually night bloomers ... years ago I had a whole forest of brugs then other plants caught my interest. I'm getting back into brugs now that I can plant things in the ground.

Here's how I take night pictures. The autofocus on your camera needs light to focus - it doesn't have to be bright .. just enough for the infra red to see it. I just shine the flashlight on whatever I want to take a picture of, let the autofocus do its thing. Once it has the focus I move the flashlight away then take the picture - with flash of course. If you can't control the strength of the flash on your camera and the pictures lack detail then back up a bit so it scatters more. For light colored or very reflective flowers I use a 50% flash .. darker colors 75% or more.

The first picture is of Pink Perfektion and the 2nd Frosty Pink.
