Sansevieria are wonderful low light plants. Birds nest type do not take up a lot of room. However, you do not get them from cutting or normally from seed. They grow slowly and do not put out pups very often. Not sure how much positive feedback you'll get. Peperomia never did much for me so I'll not comment further. I am a firm believer in that people should stick to plants that appeal to them. Look around for more choices. And, of course, many people here will give you some ideas. Gene
