I received a nice clump of 7 fans of Lady Neva in July 2015 which were potted up. They were transplanted into a new raised bed in October 2015. It did not bloom for me this year (2016). It did however increase to 9 nice sized fans in a pretty tight clump. The foliage is slender and tall. Leaves cascade over due to the long length of each leaf. I do not know why Lady Neva and 7 other cultivars did not bloom for me this year which were all in the same raised bed. (Only 1 cultivar bloomed in that bed - Beautiful Edgings.) They all received plenty of sun, water, and fertilizer. Go figure!
What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters, compared to what lies within us.
