Mystery solved......
I have been looking for the plant every day when I went out. I found one leaf in a corner and no pot. I started to believe I was right it ran away. But I was hoping I was mistaken. I kept looking. Today I saw something that looked familiar laying under the bird feeder on the patio about 30ft from where I found the leaf. It was without a pot and I could see soil and a stem.
I guess a animal dragged it and was using it as a snack this is all that is left. I do not know if I can root the leaves. But will try.
