The article is titled "Better Coleus for Full Sun", but that is almost certainly an error. I don't know what the title of that article was, but the article has nothing to do with coleus in full sun. So there has been some sort of "scramble" in the forum database, that very possibly goes beyond the title for that article.
This Site Talk forum seemed like the closest match for a place to report errors in the site. If this message "falls through the crack", then possibly there should be a dedicated place to report site errors.
