Hetty, I wasn't physically with her - we texted back and forth beginning Friday afternoon and through the night until she went into surgery Saturday morning.
Of course Sharon being Sharon, around 2:30 am she said - you better get some sleep
I told her I was taking cat naps between our texts.
It was actually Toni (skiekitty) that called and told me Sharon had passed away. Toni knew I wasn't on Facebook so she called to tell me.
I've said this to Trish and Dave many times over the years and it's especially true this evening - Thank you both for the wonderful, lasting, sweet, precious friendships all because of the two of you! God Bless you both
